The LD301 series uses the well-known and field-proven technique of capacitance sensing, enhanced by microprocessor based electronics. Remarkable features of the compact, lightweight LD301 series are its high accuracy - +/- 0.075 percent, 40:1 rangeability and PID capability. Designed for process control applications, these two-wire transmitters generate a 4-20 mA signal proportional or characterized to the applied differential pressure. This signal can be transmitted a long distance over a pair of twisted wires. It also provides digital communication for remote calibration and monitoring by superimposing a digital signal on the same pair of wires that carry the 4-20 mA signal.
