To our loyal CCS Dual-Snap Customers. Some of you may have CCS pressure or temperature switches that may have become
desynchronized. We can easily remedy this for you.
De-synchronization of a CCS switch may occur if the internal mechanical parts of the switch are not synchronized
because of overpressure, maladjusted conduit connections or an overturned adjustment wheel. When installing conduit,
use strain-relief conduit assembly to ensure the electrical housing does not rotate in relation to the switch body, or
the micro-switch may not activate.
Our skilled shop technicians will gladly evaluate your old switch to determine what to do to quickly resolve the issue.
So, the next time you consider replacing your old equipment, call us and we'll check to see if it could be re-commissioned by a simple re-synchronization.
