The Fairchild 90052 is a low-pressure, low-signal selector relay that's compact and ruggedly designed. The body is made with an aluminum allow, and the trim is brass.

The 90052 uses a diaphragm to obtain the switching action to select the lower of two input signals as an output. A mere 0.01 psi differential is all that is required for activation, yet the 90052 can function with a differential of up to 100 psi between two input signals. With its soft seat, a tight seal is ensured.

The model 90052 is a very reliable and inexpensive device that eliminates all manual monitoring of signal pressure. It can be used in a control loop to ensure the control valve does not open beyond its control position, regardless of the controller output.

We recommend it for the dead-end or low-flow service in critical applications such as control loops requiring precise, automatic monitoring of signal pressures.

The Model 90052 is supplied with ¼ inch NPT ports, and for your installation convenience a mounting bracket is available on request.

Fairchild also offers the model 91052 high-pressure selector relay for those applications where selection of the higher of two signals is required.

Both the 90052 and 91052 provide exceptional reliability and are widely used by many original equipment manufacturers.
