2" MNPT SS Port Cap

Our Custom Control Sensors 646GZE*-7011 Series pressure switch is available with a 316 stainless steel 2" MNPT port for use in sweet or sour environments where you need a large tapered port to alleviate process compacting. This pressure switch is CSA approved for use in hazardous locations.

Telematic's specially designed port is an economical option to other manufacturers' 2" ports. Our Port Cap has proven to be especially effective in several applications, including at the wellhead where crude oil may have a high wax content, in pulp processes, sewage treatment and a variety of other applications where you need a connection larger than the standard 1/2 " NPT to avoid plugging. Oil companies throughout North America have implemented this switch because it requires significantly less maintenance than other suppliers' 2" MNPT ported switches.

You can mount this 646GZE*-7011 PC in any position, as it is highly resistant to surges and vibration. In addition to the standard switch, we can provide you with a junction box and terminal strip pre-wired for simple installation. We stock all ranges for immediate delivery.
